Would You is a dating app built in Flutter where a smile decides the match. You sign up, browse through profiles, and instead of tapping to swipe, you smile at the person you like. An on device AI kit from the Firebase ML SDK detects the smile in real time and registers a right swipe, while no smile for a few seconds counts as a left swipe. The idea was to make liking someone feel natural rather than mechanical.
Built as an app developer at Capricon Technology. I built the app from the ground up: the authentication and sign up flow, profile and account screens, the settings and update password flows, and the camera experience that runs live smile recognition to drive the swipe.
App screenshots from the running app are currently unavailable due to a technical issue. The project is two years old and needs to be set up locally again to capture them. They will be added soon. The screens below are from the app design.
