Overview
Treklers Driver is the companion driver-partner mobile application for the Treklers mobility platform. It empowers taxi drivers to receive incoming trip requests, navigate to rider pickup and drop-off points, manage ongoing rides, and monitor daily earnings.
Role & Stabilization Work
- Role: Mobile Developer (React Native / iOS & Android)
- iOS Crash Elimination & System Stabilization: Took over a fragile codebase plagued with fatal iOS crashes, memory leaks, and native bridge instabilities. Diagnosed root causes and rebuilt core execution paths to eliminate iOS crashes completely.
- iOS UI Crop & Viewport Fixes: Resolved widespread iOS device-specific layout defects, screen cropping, safe area clipping (notches/Dynamic Island), and responsive scaling issues across different Apple device screen ratios.
- Architectural Resilience (4x UI & Asset Overhauls): As the product underwent ~4 full UI redesigns and asset replacements, the clean separation of business logic and UI layer allowed rapid adaptation of each new design without breaking existing logic or introducing crashes.
