Strength training app to build workouts, log sets live with a rest timer, and graph volume and reps over time. Tracks weight and body fat with a Jackson Pollock 7 site calculator.
Training Tracker is a strength training app for logging workouts and following your progress over time. You build workouts from an exercise library, run them live with a rest timer, and record weight and reps set by set. Every entry feeds into history and graphs so you can see how a lift or a body part is trending.
The home dashboard shows your name, current weight and body fat, your last workout, and quick shortcuts into workouts by muscle group, the plate calculator, and adding a new shortcut. Workouts can be picked from your saved list or created from scratch, and any workout can be edited later.
During an active workout you scroll through each exercise, enter weight and reps, and save each set. Exercise history sits right below so you can reference and beat your past entries, and a built in timer tracks the session. Past performance for any exercise or whole workout is graphed as volume and reps over time, with the same data also shown in table format.
History is browsed through a calendar where recorded days are highlighted, and tapping a day pulls up that session with per exercise reps and volume. User stats keep a running record of weight and body fat history. Body fat is calculated from caliper measurements using the Jackson Pollock 7 site equation, with separate handling for male and female. Settings let you set the rest timer, toggle the alarm sound, and manage your muscle groups.
