Placement portal for NIT Durgapur. Tracks the full cycle from company registrations to offer letters.
Placements are crucial for job aspirants, and so is placement management. When there are 180+ companies coming for campus placements it is difficult to keep track of the status of each one. This website was built to solve that: a two-account system (Placement Cell + Coordinators) that automates the repetitive parts of placement coordination.
Features
- Two account types: Placement Cell admin and Placement Coordinators
- Admin dashboard with statistics on companies, coordinators, and tasks
- Download current database as CSV
- Add/manage placement coordinators with email and push notifications
- Add companies with duplicate detection
- Send push notifications to all devices at once
- Company detail screen: update progress, manage tasks, WhatsApp group links, manage POCs
- Coordinator dashboard: view assigned companies and task status
